Ron White offers Oak Consulting’s clients extensive corporate, academic, and consulting experience in people and organization development. Mr. White has spent three decades assisting management and organizations achieve their potential by improving their visioning, empowerment, continuous learning, and problem-solving processes; through an ongoing, collaborative management of organization culture, utilizing the trainer-consultant-facilitator role and the theory and technology of applied behavioral science.
Having worked with a diverse group of individuals and organizations, Mr. White’s experience specifically includes: change management, culture transformation, work and process redesign, succession planning, assessment and selection, management and executive development, leadership development, performance management systems, training, conflict resolution, and communication improvement.
Within the corporate environment, Mr. White has held senior positions in management and leadership development with both Waste Management, Inc. and
Safety-Kleen Corp. While at Safety-Kleen he was principally responsible for developing their University concept. He is particularly strong in organization analysis and large scale organization-wide change.
As Vice President and Regional Manager for Louis Allen Associates, an international HR consulting and training firm, he worked with clients in heavy manufacturing, health-care, financial services and public utilities. He has extensive experience in team and group facilitation.
Within the academic community Mr. White has been and continues to teach management, leadership, and organizational behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate level. As such, he is on the President’s Advisory Board at Judson College and the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board, College of Business, Northern Illinois University.
The common thread that runs throughout Mr. White’s professional career is helping people and organizations anticipate and adjust to change while assisting in enhancing organizational performance.
